Local Business Expands New Kayvex Showroom
Now Open In Bognor Regis

The new Kayvex showroom in Bognor Regis was officially opened at 11am last Saturday 7th February.

The new showroom is located at Arun Business Park, on the Shripney Road just opposite Tesco in Bognor Regis, and the opening ceremony was performed by 10-year-old Josh Parrott (grandson of Kayvex MD Ian Parrott), 11-year-old Chloe McLeish and 7-year-old Katie McLeish (both daughters of Kayvex co-director Alan McLeish).

The opening was attended by staff, suppliers, and invited guests. Paying tribute to their contribution to the success of Kayvex, Managing Director Ian Parrott said, “Our staff, sub-contractors and suppliers are all vital to the success of this business and we are fortunate to have such loyal support. Everyone plays their part in our success and I thank them all for their loyalty and hard work in getting us to where we are today”.

The opening marks a significant expansion for Kayvex Windows & Conservatories, as they grow their business at a time when many businesses are struggling in the face of the current economic conditions. “We’re taking the opportunity to expand as homeowners choose not to move home but to improve the one they already own”, said Ian Parrott. “Although we constantly hear about the onset of a recession and people holding onto their cash, we’re finding that by offering the right product and the right service, homeowners are encouraged to turn their existing home into their dream home!”

For the past three years the supply and installation of conservatories has accounted for 70% of Kayvex’ business and the firm see this trend continuing. While windows are still a very important part of the business, the new Bognor Regis showroom has fully erected conservatories on display, plus a range of conservatory furniture.
