As we progress towards greater energy efficiency Building Regulations have decreed that all new replacement and domestic windows must have energy ratings of ‘C’ or above. Glazing manufacturers use different techniques to optimise energy efficiency in double or triple glazed sealed window units and costs vary enormously. It is therefore very important to choose glass that suits your needs as well as your budget.
Recognising that energy efficiency is important and a key purchasing decision we have had our windows rated by the BFRC (British Fenestration Rating Council), the UK’s national system for rating Energy Efficient Windows.
Proof that we care about protecting the environment can now be found on every one of our windows where you’ll find a BRFC sticker indentifying energy efficiency rating.
We have many different styles of windows from casement to vertical sliding windows, Georgian and Victorian bays - the choice is yours. Additionally, you can select a wide range of opening options from top to side to tilt and turn. Glazing features can include leaded lights; Georgian bars, clear, patterned or stained windows.
Window appearance can also be enhanced with our low line glazing gasket which blends in with the window frame to give a clean, discrete, professional look. Different colours of gasket are available to suit your choice of frame colour.
