If you decide to add a conservatory to your home you may need to apply for planning permission and this is one of those tasks that seem daunting unless you know your way around. 

To complicate matters not all conservatories need planning permission. The problem is that the rules can be quite difficult to understand.  For the uninitiated the whole process can be more than a little frustrating.
